Thyme-Infused Peach Gin

If imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, Jessica @sixeightyeight should consider herself flattered! On Fridays I look forward to seeing her cocktail IG stories and trying to recreate them.

This recipe is super simple and easy to make using fresh ingredients:
*Thyme-infused simple syrup
*Lime juice
*Peaches
*Gin

It's a bit of a girly drink.🙂🍹To give it some teeth, I used Cardinal Barrel Rested gin which combined wonderfully with the earthy flavors of the thyme.
