How I'm Figuring Out My Home Decor Aesthetic

While I enjoy my space, it doesn't feel as warm and cozy as I'd like. However, I've been hesitant to make many more changes until I get a clearer vision of what I want it to look and feel like when it's done.

I know I want it to be a reflection of my own personal style which is something that I'm still figuring out. One way I can do that is by paying attention what I like about other people's style. When I look at a photo that catches my eye, I take note of things like: color palettes, patterned fabrics, metal finishes, rugs, and lighting. As I see common themes across their styles, it helps me refine my own.
