I used to be an overpacker. Truthfully, I still am. One difference is that I'm now better equipped to be a light packer. Over time and through experience, I've streamlined my packing by learning what are truly my travel essentials and what are nice-to-haves because I don't like to be inconvenienced. Another difference that has improved my packing skills is having the right luggage or bag for the type of trip I'm taking.

So when it comes to weekend getways by car, I'm reaching for my Beis Weekender in grey. As the name implies, The Weekender is the perfect size for a 2 or 3-day weekend vacation. My shoes and toiletries go in the zippered part on the bottom of the bag. My clothes, tablet, and other personal items fit easily in the top section that has a medicine bag opening.

This weekend I'm off to Greenville, SC to enjoy the sights, sounds, and tastes of Fall for Greenville.
