My Super Power | Planning + Organizing

Planning and organizing (ideas) is one of my superpowers. I use lots of different tools -- both paper and digital, but sticky notes are hands-down my favorite tool of choice.

If I have a problem to solve, starting with a sticky note session gives me the clarity I need to make sense of what's going on. I use them to:

• Break down complex concepts into digestable bits

• Organize brainstorm ideas into usable categories

• Map workflows for process improvement

• Drive prioritization in strategic planning

• Plan out the steps to complete a project
